SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 3 business days.
Delivery takes 9 business days after processing.
Total estimated time: 12 business days from order to door.

HALLOWEEN DELIVERY
To receive your order before October 31, place it by
October 19. Orders placed after that date are not
guaranteed to arrive before Halloween. Delivery estimates
are not guaranteed and do not account for carrier delays,
weather or customs.

RETURNS
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.

CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags
attached and in the original packaging. Items returned
with makeup marks, odors, pet hair or any signs of wear
will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your
expense. Proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email fyorellapinkghost.com with your order number and
the reason for the return. Do not ship anything before
receiving written authorization — unauthorized returns
will not be processed or refunded. Once approved, we will
send you the return address and instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility,
except for damaged, defective or incorrect items, which
we cover in full. Original shipping charges are
non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours
of delivery with clear photos. We will send a replacement
or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

LATE OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order has not arrived 7 business days after the
estimated delivery date, contact us and we will trace it
with the carrier. If it cannot be located, we will replace
it or refund you in full.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way is to return your item and place a new
order once the return is approved.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of
purchase. After that, the order may already be in
processing and cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify
you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your
original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank
may take additional time to post it.
